That’s why we created Client Kindness Fridays.

Every Friday, our on-shift caregivers are given funds to do something special just for their client — whether that’s picking up lunch, sharing a cup of coffee, enjoying ice cream, stopping for a favorite pastry, or choosing a small thoughtful gift.

It’s not about the money.
It’s about the connection.

A shared coffee.
A favorite treat.
A simple smile that brightens the day.

For many seniors, these moments become the highlight of their week. They create conversation, comfort, and joy — reminding our clients that they are valued not just for their care needs, but for who they are as people.

Client Kindness Fridays also reflect what we believe about caregiving. Our caregivers aren’t just employees completing tasks — they are compassionate individuals who build real relationships with the people they care for.
