Meet the Founder
Madi Gutierrez is the Owner and Administrator of Loved Ones Home Care. She founded the agency with a mission to bring reliable, compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors across Ohio and West Virginia. As a certified STNA, Madi stays closely involved in every part of client care — from caregiver coordination and quality assurance to hands-on support when needed. She builds strong relationships with families and ensures every client receives personalized, dependable care they can trust.
Madi Gutierrez, a 23-year-old professional, possesses three years of experience in the travel agency industry, particularly in staffing nursing facilities, in addition to two years of experience in personal home care. Mrs. Gutierrez has also completed two years of study at Hocking College and has graduated from Spruces' West Virginia real estate school. She is a third-generation business woman in the English family; her grandmother, Donna English, previously owned Marietta's Busy Bee restaurant, and her mother, Jessica English, currently manages Jessica's Cleaning Services. Mrs. Gutierrez is very passionate about this field of work. Her five years as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) opened her eyes to the fact that not everyone shares her commitment to providing compassionate and genuine care. By starting her own business, she aims to build a team that shares her values and to ensure that seniors receive the respectful and loving care they truly deserve.
Meet Our Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor
Gina Hesson, RN, serves as our Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor. With over six years of experience in home health, long-term care, and skilled nursing, Gina provides expert clinical oversight for all clients. She performs in-home assessments, creates individualized RN care plans, and supports caregivers with the clinical guidance they need to keep clients safe and comfortable.
Beyond her clinical skills, Gina is genuinely personable and easy to connect with. She takes her time with clients, loves to talk and listen, and truly enjoys building relationships with the seniors she cares for. Gina has a deep compassion for the elderly, strong communication skills, and a warm, down-to-earth personality that puts families at ease. Her commitment to treating every client like family makes her a perfect fit for our team.
