Caregiver Job Responsibilities

Personal Care Assistance

  • Bathing

  • Dressing

  • Grooming

  • Toileting

  • Safe transfers and mobility support

Companion Care

  • Conversation and engagement

  • Meals, snacks, and hydration

  • Games, reading, crafts

  • Emotional support and companionship

Home Support

  • Light housekeeping

  • Laundry and linens

  • Meal preparation

  • Basic home organization

Safety and Routine Support

  • Medication reminders

  • Client supervision

  • Dementia redirection

  • Helping maintain a safe home environment

Transportation (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Must be reliable and punctual

  • Experience in caregiving, home care, or STNA preferred (but not required)

  • Must pass a background check

  • Friendly, professional attitude

  • Reliable transportation

  • Willingness to follow care plans and instructions

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • STNA certification

  • CNA experience

  • Dementia care experience

  • Home care or assisted living background

Available Position: Caregiver

We are always looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as caregivers. Responsibilities include providing personal care, companionship, medication management, transportation, light housekeeping, and specialized care for individuals with Dementia and Alzheimer's.

Qualifications Required

Applicants must have a valid driver's license, active car insurance, undergo training, and get a back ground check to provide care services. Prior experience in elderly care is preferred but not required.
